These Terms & Conditions govern your receipt of SMS text messages sent through the Atrevio automated messaging platform on behalf of HVAC service companies. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to these terms.

Atrevio operates as a technology platform — the HVAC company whose name appears in your messages is the sender of record for all communications. If you have questions about a specific message you received, contact the HVAC company directly or reply STOP at any time to end all communications — no further messages will be sent.

Program Description

The Atrevio SMS messaging program is an automated follow-up platform used by residential HVAC service companies to communicate with their existing customers and leads. Messages are sent through the Atrevio Revenue Yield Engine™ infrastructure on behalf of the HVAC company whose name appears in each communication.

Atrevio acts as the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and technology provider. The HVAC company is the sender of record for each campaign and is responsible for obtaining proper consent from message recipients prior to enrollment in any SMS program.

If you believe you received a message in error, reply STOP to immediately end all communications — no further messages will be sent — or contact admin@atrevioai.com with your phone number and the name of the company that messaged you.

Section 02

Message Types

SMS messages sent through the Atrevio platform on behalf of HVAC service companies may include the following types of communications:

  • Missed Call Recovery — Outreach to customers who called but did not reach a live representative, offering to schedule a callback or appointment
  • Open Estimate Follow-Up — Follow-up on open or stale service estimates that have not yet been accepted or responded to
  • Appointment Reminders & Confirmations — Reminders and confirmation messages related to scheduled service appointments
  • No-Show & Cancellation Recovery — Outreach following a missed or cancelled appointment to reschedule service
  • Membership Reactivation — Communication to lapsed or expiring service membership holders regarding renewal or reactivation options

All messages are sent for operational and customer service purposes related to HVAC services. No messages are sent for third-party advertising or promotional purposes unrelated to the HVAC company's services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Verbatim

The number of messages you receive depends on your activity with the HVAC company's services — including open estimates, scheduled appointments, missed calls, and membership status. Automated sequences typically involve between 2 and 10 messages per engagement cycle, depending on the campaign type and your responses.

You may receive fewer messages if you respond early in a sequence or more messages if a service matter remains unresolved. Replying STOP at any time permanently ends all messaging — no further messages will be sent.

Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive through this program. These charges are determined by your carrier and your individual plan. Atrevio does not charge recipients directly for SMS communications.

If you are unsure about your plan's SMS or data rates, contact your mobile carrier directly.

Section 05

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to cancel. Verbatim

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

  • STOP
  • STOPALL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • CANCEL
  • END
  • QUIT

Upon receipt of any opt-out keyword, no further messages will be sent to your phone number — all messaging is immediately and permanently suppressed across every campaign and sequence. You will receive a single confirmation message stating that no further messages will be sent, as required by carrier standards. No additional messages will follow that confirmation.

Opt-out records are maintained permanently to ensure suppressed numbers are never re-enrolled in any campaign, even if your contact information is re-imported at a later date.

To opt out via email instead, contact admin@atrevioai.com with your phone number and request for removal. Email opt-out requests are processed within 3 business days.

  • The name of the program and the HVAC company on whose behalf you were messaged
  • Instructions on how to opt out — including confirmation that no further messages will be sent upon opting out

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Verbatim

Mobile carriers — including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other US wireless providers — are not responsible for messages that are delayed, filtered, or not delivered due to network conditions, spam filtering, device issues, or carrier policies.

Section 09

Phone Number Format — 10DLC

SMS messages sent through the Atrevio platform are transmitted using 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers — standard 10-digit US phone numbers registered with wireless carriers for business messaging.

10DLC numbers are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and comply with CTIA messaging guidelines and carrier requirements for application-to-person (A2P) messaging.

  • Messages will appear from a standard 10-digit US phone number
  • Each HVAC company engagement uses a registered business number associated with that company's identity
  • Numbers are registered under the HVAC company's brand — not under the Atrevio name

If you receive a message from a 10-digit number and are unsure of its origin, reply HELP for program information or STOP to end all further messages immediately — no further messages will be sent.
