How does pricing work?
Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of your operation. No implementation fee, no annual commitment. Schedule a call with a founder to get your number.
Is there a performance guarantee?
Yes. We guarantee a 5% or greater lift in revenue within the first 30 days, or your next two months are free. Everything is measured against your own baseline, so whether it's working isn't a matter of opinion.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You can cancel at any time — that constraint is deliberate, because it keeps us accountable to recovered revenue rather than a renewal date.

Getting started
How long does implementation take?
Most operators are live in under a week, and many inside 48 hours. Founders run every implementation personally.
Do I have to change my CRM?
No. Atrevio runs on top of ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, Jobber, and other major field service platforms. Nothing gets migrated or replaced.
What kind of business is a fit?
Home services operators doing $3M–$20M in annual revenue on ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, or Jobber. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, and pools/landscape.
Why only five new operators a month?
Because founders run implementations. Capping intake is how implementation quality stays consistent.
What is the Diagnostic?
A free, read-only analysis of your operating data that returns a dollar figure for recoverable revenue. It takes about ten minutes of your time and requires no commitment.
How Trev works
Does Trev talk to my customers?
Yes, within the rules you set: tone, service windows, pricing floors, and escalation. Anything outside those rules routes to your team.
Can I see why it made a decision?
Every action is logged with the reasoning and the dollar impact attached.
Will it override my dispatcher?
No. Trev proposes and executes inside the scope you approve. Most operators start narrow and widen as the results come in.
Data & security
What data do you need?
Read-only access to your CRM or dispatch platform, and your communication channels if you want Trev to respond. Nothing is written back until you approve the rules.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your system of record stays authoritative and your data is never sold or shared.
